
Our farm’s lemons are produced in the hamlet of Pontone in the Municipality of Scala (Province of Salerno). With a fragrant fragrance and bright yellow color, they are characterized by a smooth thicker and more fragrant peel. The juicy fruit rich in vitamins and mineral salts imparts the well-known depurative and detoxifying properties.
Lemon is particularly important from a nutritional point of view because of its very high percentage in vitamin C (ascorbic acid) content, which counteracts the formation of free radicals and strengthens the immune system.
The intense flavor, not excessively sour, allows them to be adapted to multiple uses, and the complete lack of treatment on the fruit guarantees an edible peel, used for the preparation of the classic liqueur Limoncello and for typical desserts, sorbets and slushies.
Grown on the terraces of the Divine Coast, our lemons have a unique and natural aromatic scent. Being a product without post-harvest treatment, as handed down to us by our ancestors, they are also used to soothe minor ailments, both therapeutically and cosmetically. The beneficial characteristics of lemon are countless, a fruit rich in vitamins, folic acid and minerals.
